Green Apple juice

Ingredients
Green apple juice – 200 ml
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Grated ginger – 1 tsp

Method
In a glass pour this green apple juice, add lemon juice and grated ginger to it.

Add crushed ice and serve.

Ragi Drink (Millet flour recipe)

Ingredients
Millet/ragi flour – 1 tbl.sp
Cumin seed – ¼ tsp
Crushed Garlic cloves – 2
Kokum – 1 piece
Ghee/butter – ¼ tsp
Salt and sugar as per taste

Method
Add one cup of water and kokum  to ragi flour. Leave it aside for 5 to 6 minutes.
Blend it in a blender.
Heat ghee/butter and add cumin seed to it. When it splutters, add crushed garlic and stir till it turns  light brown.
Add this ragi mixture and bring it to a boil stirring continuously.
Leave it to simmer on a low flame for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add salt and sugar as per taste and pour in a glass.

Orange Milk Shake


Ingredients
Orange juice – 2 cup
Grapefruit juice – 1 cup
Almond essence – 2 drops
Sugar  as per taste
Milk – 4 cups
Salt – ½ tsp

Method
Mix  together orange juice and grapefruit  juice. In another bowl, add milk, sugar, almond essence and refrigerate both these juices separately. While serving, add both these juice together with salt and serve cold.
