Palak Vada (Spinach Recipe)

Ingredients

Spinach – 8 to 10 leaves
Gram dal/chana dal – 100 gm
Green chillies – 2
Ginger – 1 small piece
Garlic flakes – 4 to 5
Few coriander leaves
Salt as per taste
Cumin seed – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
Rice flour – 1 tbl.sp
Onion - 1
