paneer cubes (cottage cheese ) – 150 gm

capsicum – 2

onion – 1

ginger – 1 inch grated

tomatoes – 2

tomato ketchup – 3 tbl.sp

soya sauce – 1 tsp

red chilli sauce – 2 tsp

sugar – ½  tsp

pepper and salt as per taste
