Pasta In Red Sauce

Ingredients
Pasta – 400 gm
Onion – 1 big
Garlic – 1 ½ tsp
Bay leaf - 1
Capsicum – 1 chopped
Tomato – 2 blanched and chopped
Tomato puree – 1 tbl.sp
Tomato ketchup – ½ cup
Basil – 1tsp
Pepper powder – 2 tsp
Chilli flakes – 1 tsp
Sugar – 1 tsp
Salt as per taste
Grated cheese for garnishing or cream
