Tomato Chutney

Tomatoes – ½ kg
Onion – 2
Red chilli – 4 to 5
Garlic flakes – 7 to 8
Few curry leaves
Coriander leaves
Tamarind pulp – 2 tsp
Salt as per taste
Sugar – 1 to 2 tsp

For tampering
Mustard seed – ½ tsp
Black gram dal – ½ tsp
Pinch of asafoetida
