Mix Fruit Halwa | China Grass Recipe | Fruit Dessert





Ingredients

Milk - 500 ml

Condensed Milk - 200 ml

Vanilla essence - 1 tsp

Few sliced almonds

3 to 4 different types of fruits

China grass/agar agar - 1/2 of  the packet



Method

Chop fruits into small pieces and keep aside..

Soak half of the china grass for 2 hours in water.

Heat milk in a pan. squeeze out china grass and put in milk and cook till it is completely dissolves.

Add condensed milk, vanilla essence and few sliced almonds.

When china grass is melted. Pour  it in a serving plate and to it add choppped fruits. Mix it and garnish with chopped nuts. Keep in the refrigerator for an hour or two.

Cut into pieces and serve.

Idli 65 | Chilli Idli | Fried Idli | How to Make Idli 65 With Leftover ...







Ingredients
Idli – 5 to 6
Ginger garlic paste
– 1 tsp
Chilli powder – 2 tsp
Cumin powder – 1 tsp
All purpose flour –
¼ cup
Yogurt – 1 ½ tbl.sp
Juice of half lemon
Food color – optional
Salt as per taste
Few curry leaves
for tempering

Method
Cut idli into 4
pieces.
In another bowl,
add all the ingredients given. Mix well by adding little water. Add this idli
pieces to it and mix it well. Let it marinate for half an hour.
Deep fry in hot oil
and remove in tissue paper.
Temper it with
curry leaves and serve hot.

Palak Chicken | Green Chicken Curry | Palak Murgh





Ingredients
Chicken – 300 gm
Make a puree of 1
small bunch of spinach leaves
Onion –  3 medium sliced
Ginger Garlic paste
– 2 tsp
Cumin seed – 1 tsp
Cinnamon – 1 small
stick
Cloves – 4
Cardamom - 2
Red chilli powder –
2 tsp
Coriander powder –
1 tbl.sp
Cumin powder – 1
tsp
Garam masala – ½
tsp
Turmeric powder –  ½ tsp
Yogurt – 1 tbl.sp
Salt as per taste
Make a puree of
Tomato – 2
Green chilli - 1

Method
Heat 3 tbl.sp of
oil and add whole spices. Let it splutter.
Add onion and a tsp
of onion sliced and cook till golden brown in color.
Add a tsp of salt
to it for the onions to cook fast.
When onions are
cooked, add ginger garlic paste and sauté for few seconds.
Then add tomato
puree and yogurt and all the powdered masala.
Stir fry for few
seconds.
Add chicken pieces
and cover and cook for a minute.
Add chicken pieces
and a cup of water and cover and cook on a medium flame till chicken is done.
Keep stirring in
between.
Add spinach puree,
mix well and cook for a minute.
Serve hot with
rice, roti or paratha

Sunny Side Up Eggs



Ingredients
bread slices - 2
eggs - 2
chillli flakes
garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
salt as per taste

Method
With the help of any mould like star or heart shape, make a hole in the centre of egg.
Heat a pan, add butter and to it add chilli flakes, garlic powder and salt as per taste. Saute for few seconds on a slow flame. Now break egg in the middle of the bread and cook for a minute. Sprinkle litte pepper powder on top and serve hot.
