Orangeade


Ingredients
 Juice of  16 oranges
Sugar –  1 ½ cup
Orange rind of 2 oranges
Water – 4 cup
Lemon juice of 1 lemon

Method
Squeeze out juice from lemon and orange separately. In a bowl combine water, lemon juice, sugar and orange rind and boil it. Strain the water and add orange juice to it. While serving, pour 1/4th of the glass with this juice, add crushed ice and water and serve.

Orange Squash


Ingredients
 Juice of orange -500ml
Sugar – 750 g
Water – 750 ml
Potassium Meta Bi Sulphate- 1 gm
Citric acid – 20 gm
¼ tsp orange essence
¼ tsp orange color

Method
Cut orange into half and squeeze out juice from it. In another bowl, mix sugar and water and boil till sugar is dissolved. Remove from fire, add citric acid, orange essence, orange color and juice of orange. Take little juice in a bowl, add potassium meta bi sulphate to it, mix till it is completely dissolved and then add to the orange juice. Pour this in a bottle and refrigerate it. Before serving, add little of this juice and mix cold water to it and serve.

Orange Float


Ingredients
Orange – 4
Sugar as per taste
Drinking soda – 2 bottle
Ice cream

Method
Remove juice from orange, add sugar to it, mix it well and leave it to cool in the fridge. Before serving, pour half glass of orange juice and fill it with drinking soda and top it with ice cream and serve.

Amla Juice (Gooseberry Juice)


Amla Juice (Gooseberry Juice)

Method
Boil amla (Gooseberry) in water and mash it . in a bowl, take amla pulp and add sugar twice the pulp and cook till it becomes thick. Remove from fire, add green edible food color and crushed cardamom powder.
Before serving, add little pulp in the glass, add water and crushed ice and serve cold.

Raw Mango Juice


Ingredients
 Raw mango – 500 gm
Sugar- as per taste
Edible green food color
Salt – 1 tsp

Method
Peel the skin and chop the mango into small pieces. Pressure cook till soft and when cool, blend it in a blender.  Measure the raw mango pulp and take sugar 2 ½ times more than the pulp. Add this sugar to the pulp and cook till it becomes thick. Add food color to it.  While serving, put little pulp in the glass, add little salt as per taste and then add cold water. Rest of the pulp can be store in the fridge for a week.
