Ingredients
Raw mango – 500 gm
Sugar- as per taste
Edible green food color
Salt – 1 tsp
Method
Peel the skin and chop the mango into small pieces. Pressure
cook till soft and when cool, blend it in a blender. Measure the raw mango pulp and take sugar 2 ½
times more than the pulp. Add this sugar to the pulp and cook till it becomes
thick. Add food color to it. While
serving, put little pulp in the glass, add little salt as per taste and then
add cold water. Rest of the pulp can be store in the fridge for a week.
