Amla
Juice (Gooseberry Juice)
Method
Boil
amla (Gooseberry) in water and mash it . in a bowl, take amla pulp and add
sugar twice the pulp and cook till it becomes thick. Remove from fire, add
green edible food color and crushed cardamom powder.
Before
serving, add little pulp in the glass, add water and crushed ice and serve
cold.
