How To Make Butter Icing


Ingredients
Icing sugar -115 gm
Butter – 55 gm
Any food color and essence

Method
Whisk butter and gradually keep on adding sugar to it, till both are blended properly. Now add any food color and essence of your choice and Pour this in a piping bag and decorate cake.
Make little icing at a time. The cake should be at room temperature for decoration.
