Ingredients
Icing sugar - 450gm
Egg white of two eggs
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Method
Whisk egg white and then add gradually add icing sugar and lemon juice and whisk till it
becomes like thick whipped cream. When Royal icing sugar is ready, cover with a
wet cloth so that the mixture doesn’t get dry and store it in the fridge. Before
you put the knife in icing sugar, first dip the knife in cold water and then use
it for spreading on the cake
