Dutchess Potato

Ingredients

Boiled and Mashed Potatoes - 3 medium size
Eggs - 2
Mixed Herbs = 1 tsp
black pepper powder - 1 tsp
Butter - 1 Tbl.sp.
Shredded Cheese - 1/2 cup
Salt as per taste

Method

In a bowl, add mashed potatoes, eggs, mixed herbs, black pepper powder, butter and half of shredded cheese and salt. Mix these all together and then pour it in a butter paper cone and make small flowers like we make while decorating cake on a greased tray. Decorate it with shredded cheese on top. Bake it at 200 degree Celsius for 5 to 7 minutes and serve hot.
