Ingredients
Pomfret fish – ½ kg
Red chilli powder and salt as per taste
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Lemon juice – 2 tsp
Black pepper powder – ½ tsp
Rice flour- 2 tbl.sp
Oil for frying
Method
Clean and wash pomfret fish, remove the bones and cut
into thin long slices like potato French fries.
Make a paste of red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste,salt,
turmeric powder, lemon juice and black
pepper powder and apply on the fish and leave it to marinate for at least 10 to
15 minutes. Heat oil in a pan, roll in rice flour and shallow fry it. Serve hot.
