Potato Cheese Balls With Garlic Sauce

Ingredients

Potatoes - 2 boiled and mashed
Bread crumbs of 4 slices
Ginger green chilli paste - 2 tsp
Cheese cubes - 1 cup
Coarsely powdered corn flakes - 1 cup
Salt as per taste

Make a thin batter of  one tablespoon of cornflour and one tablespoon of white flour by adding little salt and water.

For Garlic Sauce
Chopped Garlic - 2 tsp
Tomato Sauce - 2 tbl.sp
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Vinegar - 1 tsp

Method
Mix together boiled potatoes and bread crumbs along with ginger green chilli paste and salt and knead it to form a dough without adding water. Make flat round balls, keep one piece of cheese cube in between and close it and make a round ball. Dip in cornflour and white flour paste and coat it with coarsely powdered corn flakes and deep fry in oil till golden brown.

To make garlic sauce,  heat two tsp of oil and fry garlic till golden brown and then add red chilli powder and tomato sauce and then vinegar and remove from fire. Pour in a bowl and serve with Potato Cheese Balls.
