Cheesy Pasta In Red Sauce






Ingredients

Roast

Tomatoes - 2

Red Pepper - 1



Garlic flakes - 3 to 4

Onion - 1 big

Fresh corn kernels - 1 cup

French beans - 8 to 10

Mushroom - 8 to 10 chopped

Yellow pepper - 1 chopped

Green pepper - 1 chopped

Oregano - 1 tsp

Chilli flakes as per taste

Salt as per taste

Whole black pepper - 1 tbl.sp

Little cream and grated cheese to garnish

Cooked pasta -  250 gm



Method

Roast tomato and red pepper. When it cools down, peel the skin and blend it to a fine paste along with a tbl.sp of black pepper.

Heat 2 tbl.sp of olive oil in a pan and saute chopped garlic 3 to 4 for few seconds. Then add  chopped onion and saute till it becomes soft.

Then add corn, french beans, mushroom, oregano, chilli flakes and salt and cook for few minutes.  Add paste of red sauce, mix it well along with yellow and green pepper. Add cooked pasta, ix it well and cook for few minutes till done.

Remove it in a serving plate and garnish with cream and cheese.

Chicken Pasta - Chicken Pasta In Indian Style - Chicken Macaroni



Ingredients
chicken - 200 gm
pasta - 200 gm
onion - 2 big
ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
corriander powder - 2 tsp
roasted cumin powder - 1 tsp
garam masala - 1/2 tsp
red chilli powder as per taste
few chopped corriander and mint leaves.
salt as per taste

make a puree of two tomato and a green chilli


Method
Boil pasta in water by adding one small cinnamon stick, one tsp of cumin seed, 2 to 3 cloves and salt.

Heat oil in a pan and add onion and cook till it turns golden brown in color.
Add ginger garlic paste and cook till the raw smell goes.
Add puree of tomato and  cook for a minute.
Add chicken pieces and mix well. Add powdered masala, mix well and cook till chicken is cooked well. Add chopped corriander leaves.
When the pasta is cooked, drain the water and mix with chicken masala. Cook for a minute and off the flame. Serve hot.

Chicken Fajita Pasta Recipe



Ingredients
Cooked pasta - 200 gm
Chicken - 150 gm
Roasted cumin powder - 1 tsp
Chilli flakes - 1 tsp
Oregaono - 1/2 tsp
Juice of half lemon
Pepper powder - 3 tsp
Garlic cloves -  7 to 8 crushed
Salt as per taste
Long sliced red, yellow and green pepper
Onion - 1 sliced
Milk - 1/2 cup
Grated mozerella and cheddar cheese


Method
Take boneless chicken and marinate it with roasted cumin powder, pepper powder, chilli flakes, oregano, juice of lemon and salt. Let it aside for half an hour.
Make thin long slices of onion and red, yellow and green capsicum.
Heat oil in a pan, add this chicken pieces and cook on a medium flame till done. Remove in a bowl. In the same pan add vegetables and saute till onions becomes little soft.
Add this cooked chicken, mix well. Add cooked pasta, milk and mix well. Cook for a minute and add to it grated cheese. Mix well and serve

Creamy Garlic Mushroom Penne Pasta




Ingredients
Boiled penne pasta - 250 gm
spring onion - 6 to 7
garlic cloves chopped - 3 to 4
button mushroom - 7 to 8
white sauce- 2 to 3 tbl.sp
oregano - 1/2 tsp
salt and pepper as per taste
grated cheese

Method
Boil pasta in water and salt . Drain it and keep aside.
Chop spring onion bulbs and leaves seprately.
Chop garlic cloves and slice mushroom.
Heat olive oil in a pan and add chopped onion bulbs and garlic and saute till onions become soft.
Then add   mushroom and stir fry for few seconds and then add little water and let it cook for 2 to 3 mins.
Then add boiled pasta, spring onion leaves, white sauce, salt and pepper, oregano and mix well. You can add litte water also and cook for a minute.
In the last sprinkle little cheese and serve hot.

Egg Pasta Recipe



Ingredients
pasta - 250 gm boiled
carrot - 1
red, yellow and green pepper each half
onion - 1 big
hakka noodle masala
eggs - 3
salt as per taste

Method
Boil pasta in water, drain water and keep aside.
In a pan heat oil, add onion and cook till soft then add all chopped vegetables, hakka noodle masala and cook for few minutes on a high flame. Lower the flame add egg and scramble it till done. Add salt. Mix well. Add cooked pasta , mix well and serve hot.

Masala Pasta with Veggies



Ingredients
pasta cooked - 250 gm
onion - 1
garlic flakes - 7 to 8
few curry leaves
mix vegetables - corn, carrot, french beans, red, yellow and green pepper
red chilli powder as per taste
garam masala - 1/2 tsp
cumin seed - 1 tsp
turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
puree of two tomatoes
tomato sauce - 2 tbl.sp
few cilantro leaves for garnishing
salt as per taste

Method
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seed. When it starts to splutter add garlic flakes crushed.
Saute for few seconds and then add onions and curry leaves and cook till onions become translucent.
Add tomato puree and cook till raw smell goes then add veggies and cook for two minutes till tender then add cooked pasta and tomato sauce and mix well. Garnish with cilantro leaves and serve.

Paneer Veg Pasta






Ingredients
pasta cooked - 300 gms
mixed vegetable - 250 gm
onion - 2
ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
red chilli powder as per taste
corriander powder - 1 tsp
kasoori methi  - 1 tsp
paneer cubes - 50 gm
cumin seed - 1 tsp
tomato - 3
yoghurt - 3 tsp

Method
Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seed. when it splutter add onion and cook till soft. Then add ginger garlic paste and saute for few seconds. Add tomato puree and yoghurt and stir fry for a minute. Add all the vegetables and powdered masala and a cup of water. Cover and cook till the vegetables are done.
Add cooked pasta and mix well. Sprinkle kasoori methi on top and let it simmer for few minutes.
Serve hot.

Pasta with Capsicum and Baby Corn

Ingredients



Pasta – 200 gm boiled
Capsicum – 1
Spring onion
Carrot – 1
Onion – 1
Baby corns – 7 to 8
Paste of red chilli soaked
in vinegar/red chilli sauce as per taste
Garlic flakes – 3 to 4
All purpose flour – 3 tbl.sp
Soya sauce – 1 tsp
Corn flour – 1 tbl.sp
Tomato ketchup – 2 tbl.spl
Tomato puree – 2 tbl.sp
Rose mary herb – ¼ tsp
Salt and pepper as per taste

Method
Cook pasta till soft and
then remove and keep aside.
Make a batter of all purpose
flour, corn flour, salt and pepper and soya sauce, dip baby corns in it and
leave it aside to marinate for 5 to 10 minutes. Deep fry in oil and cut into
small pieces and keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan, add
garlic flakes and sauté for few seconds and then add onions and cook till they
become soft.add carrot and paste of red chilli or red chilli sauce and  tomato ketchup and cook till carrots have
become soft. Add capsicum, spring onion, soya sauce, fried baby corn. Stir fry
for a minute and then add cooked pasta. Add tomato puree and rose mary herb,
stir fry and again for few seconds. Remove, garnish with spring onion leaves
and serve.

Quick Vegetable Pasta




Ingredients



Boiled pasta – 200 gm
Capsicum – 1 thinly sliced
Red chilli sauce – 2 tbl.sp
or as per taste
Soya sauce – 1 tsp
Salt as per taste
Cheese grated
Mixed herbs – 1 tsp


Method
Heat a pan, add 2 tbl.sp of
oiive oil. When hot add capsicum and Cook on a high flame for a minute and then
add red chilli sauce and soya sauce. Stir fry for 2 minutes and then add cooked
pasta, salt as per taste, cheese grated and mixed herbs. Mix well, remove from
flame and serve hot.

Pepper Pasta Salad


Ingredients
Pasta – 2 cups
Olive oil – 2 tbl.sp
Basil herbs – 1 tbl.sp
Red pepper – 1 cup
Green pepper – 1 cup
Yellow pepper – 1 cup
Chopped spring onion- 1 cup
Olives – 1 cup
Lemon juice – 2 tsp
Grated cheese
Salt and pepper as per taste      

Method

Cook pasta in water and salt and 1 tsp of oil. When soft, drain the water and keep aside.
Cut red, yellow and green pepper into thin long stripes.
In a bowl,  take 2 tbl.sp of olive oil, to it add pepper, salt, lemon juice and basil.
Whisk it well and keep aside.
In another bowl, take pasta, to it add all the three pepper, olives, spring onion and cheese. Mix it well and add prepared salad oil. Mix well, garnish with cheese and serve

Pasta with Sprouted Beans

Ingredients
Pasta boiled – 200 gms
Sprouted beans – 1 cup
Finely chopped cabbage – 1 cup
Onion – 1
Garlic – 4 to 5 flakes
Soya sauce – 1 tsp
Red chillli sauce – 1 tbl.sp
Tomato ketchup – ½ cup
Thyme – 1 tsp
Basil – 1 tsp
Salt and white pepper as per taste
Grated cheese to garnish (optional)

Method
Boil pasta and keep separately. Heat oil in a pan, add chopped garlic and sauté for few seconds and then add onions and fry till it becomes translucent. Then add sprouted beans, cabbage, soya sauce, red chilli sauce, tomato ketchup. Stir fry for few seconds and then add boiled pasta, salt, white pepper powder, thyme and basil. Mix well and cook for a minute. Remove from fire and you can even sprinkle grated cheese on top.

Egg and Pepper Pasta

Ingredients
Pasta – 250 gm
Garlic chopped – 3 to 4 cloves
Onion – 1
Roasted capsicum – 1
Egg – 1
cheese
White pepper and salt as per taste
Mixed Italian herbs – 1 tsp (optional)

Method
Heat 1 tbl.sp of oil in a pan and add chopped garlic, fry for few seconds and then add onions and sauté till it turns translucent.
Then add pasta, white pepper and salt and egg and stir fry for few minutes till egg is cooked.
Cut roasted capsicum into small pieces and mix with pasta along with cheese.
Serve hot.

Cream and Cheese Pasta (Indian Style)


Ingredients
Pasta – 100 gms boiled
Garlic flakes – 3 to 4
Onion – 1
Tomato puree – 3 tbl.sp or 3 tomatoes
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Garam masala -1/4  tsp
Capsicum – 1
Carrot - 1
Red chilli powder and salt as per taste
Pepper powder – 1 tsp
Cream – 2 tbl.sp
Cheese
Kasoori methi – 1 tsp

Method
Cook pasta by adding little salt and oil and keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan, add garlic flakes, fry for a minute and then add onions and cook till it becomes soft.
Then add tomato puree, coriander powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, capsicum, carrot  and salt. Mix well and cook for 2 more minutes.
Add pasta and mix well, you can add little water. Then add crea and pepper  and cook for a minute.
Rub kasoori methi between your palms and sprinkle on it.
Sprinkle little cheese on top and serve.

Pasta In Red Sauce

Ingredients
Pasta – 400 gm
Onion – 1 big
Garlic – 1 ½ tsp
Bay leaf - 1
Capsicum – 1 chopped
Tomato – 2 blanched and chopped
Tomato puree – 1 tbl.sp
Tomato ketchup – ½ cup
Basil – 1tsp
Pepper powder – 2 tsp
Chilli flakes – 1 tsp
Sugar – 1 tsp
Salt as per taste
Grated cheese for garnishing or cream

Vegetable Pasta

Ingredients

Pasta 250 gm. Long sticks

Chopped onion – 1 small

Chopped Cabbage – 100

Chopped onion – 1 small

Chopped Cabbage – 100 gms

Chopped Capsicum – 100 gms

Chopped carrot – 100 gms

Spring onion – 1 bunch

French beans – 100 gms

Soya sauce – 1 ½ tsp

Tomato sauce – 1 ½ tbl.sp

Chopped green chilli – 2

White pepper – ½ tsp

Crushed ginger garlic – 1 tsp

Salt as per taste

Oil

Grated cheese – 100 gms

Pasta 250 gm. Long

 Method

In a vessel add water and salt as desired and boil it. Then add pasta. When it is cooked, drain the water and keep aside.

In a pan, add oil and when heated add green chilli and crushed ginger garlic and sauté for few minutes. Then add all the chopped vegetables, salt, soya sauce and tomato sauce and white pepper and mix well. Cook for five minutes and then add pasta to it and mix well.

Cook on a low flame for five minutes and then remove from fire. Garnish with grated cheese and bake it for few minutes. You can even serve without adding cheese.
