Cheesy Pasta In Red Sauce






Ingredients

Roast

Tomatoes - 2

Red Pepper - 1



Garlic flakes - 3 to 4

Onion - 1 big

Fresh corn kernels - 1 cup

French beans - 8 to 10

Mushroom - 8 to 10 chopped

Yellow pepper - 1 chopped

Green pepper - 1 chopped

Oregano - 1 tsp

Chilli flakes as per taste

Salt as per taste

Whole black pepper - 1 tbl.sp

Little cream and grated cheese to garnish

Cooked pasta -  250 gm



Method

Roast tomato and red pepper. When it cools down, peel the skin and blend it to a fine paste along with a tbl.sp of black pepper.

Heat 2 tbl.sp of olive oil in a pan and saute chopped garlic 3 to 4 for few seconds. Then add  chopped onion and saute till it becomes soft.

Then add corn, french beans, mushroom, oregano, chilli flakes and salt and cook for few minutes.  Add paste of red sauce, mix it well along with yellow and green pepper. Add cooked pasta, ix it well and cook for few minutes till done.

Remove it in a serving plate and garnish with cream and cheese.

Corn And Mushroom Tart





Ingredients

For making dough

Maida flour/all purpose flour -

Butter - 100 gm



For the stuffing

Garlic - 5 to 6 chopped

Spring onion bulbs-  4 to 5

Spring onion leaves

Corn - 1 cup

Red pepper - 1/2

Yellow pepper - 1/2

Green pepper - 1/2

Mushroom - 1 cup

Cream cheese - 2 to 3 tbl.sp

Eggs - 3

Oregano - 1 tsp

Chilli flakes - 1 tsp

Salt and pepper as per taste



Method

In a bowl take all purpose flour and butter at room temperature and mix it well till it froms like bread crumbs. Then add water and knead it to a dough. Refrigerate it for 10 minutes.



Heat a tbl.sp of olive oil and to it add chopped garlic and cook  for few seconds.

Then add chopped spring onion bulbs and saute till it becomes soft. Add all the vegetables , oregano, chilli flakes, salt and cook till it becomes dry.

In the end add chopped spring onion leaves, mix it and off the flame.



In another bowl beat three eggs and cream cheese, salt and pepper and mix it well.

Take out the dough and  roll it half inch thick. Cut small circle and place it in the tart. First grease the tart with oil.Prick the  tart with a fork so that it does not puff up. Bake it in the oven at 180 degree celcius for 10 minutes. Unmould it and  put the stuffing and pour a tbl.sp of  egg mixture and again bake it at 180 degree celcius till egg is cooked. Serve hot.

Cheesy Leftover Rice Cutlet


Ingredients
cooked rice - 1 cup
cooked peas - 1/4 cup
potato - 1 boiled
grated ginger - 1 tsp
green chilli - 2 chopped
black pepper pwder - 1 tsp
roasted cumin powder - 1 tsp
few chopped corriander leaves
salt as per taste
bread crumbs - 1 cup
cheese cubes

Method
In a bowl mix all these ingredients together except cheese.
Take littel ball of it, make it flat and place one piece of cheese into it.
Close it and make it round or oblonge shape. Fry in oil till golden brown in color.
Serve hot with ketchup.

Cheesy Spinach Roll



Ingredients
for the dough
wheat flour - 1 cup
oats - 1/2 cup
paste of 7 to 8 spinach leaves
salt - 1/2 tsp

For the stuffing
chopped vegetables like capsicum, spring onion, mushroom and carrot
freshly crushed pepper
cloves of 5 to 6 garlic crushed
salt as per taste
mayonaisse to spread
grated cheese

Method
make a dough with the given ingredients by adding little water. Roll chapati with the help of rolling pin and cook in a flat pan.
In anoather pan, add little oil and butter and add 4 to 5 garilic crushed and saute for few seconds. Add a tsp of crushed pepper and saute for few seconds.
Add chopped vegetables like mushroom, carrot, capsiucm, spring onion . Mix well and cook till it becomes dry. Add salt as per taste. When cooked, off the flame and add cheese to it.
In a chapati, spread mayonaisse and then cooked vegetables. Roll it tightly and then cut in into half. Serve .

Cheesy Garlic Yogurt Dip



Ingredients
yogurt - 2 tbl.sp
mozzarella cheese - 2 to 3 tbl.sp
crushed garlic - 5 to 6
salt and pepper as per taste
few bread slices
butter - 2 tbl.sp

Method
Heat two tbl.sp of butter till it melts. Take it out in a bowl and let it cool down. To it add 2 to 3 tbl.sp of mozirella cheese, crushed garlic, a tsp of oil, salt and pepper. Mix well Add two tbl.sp of yogurt to it. Mix well. Take bread slices. Cut into rectangle pieces. Toast it on a pan till crispy. Serve with  yogurt dip.

Cheesy Veg Bread Roll



Ingredients
few bread slices
potatoes - 2 big
green peas - 1 cup
corriander powder - 1 tsp
roasted cumin powder - 1 tsp
red chilli powder and salt as per taste
few chopped corriander leaves
onion - 1 chopped
grated cheese - 2 to 3 tbl.sp

Method
Boil two potatoes and grate it.
Boil green peas and keep aside.
In a bowl take all the ingredients given and mi it well.

Remove the sides of bread slices, dip in water and squeeze out the excess water.
with the help of a rolling pin, flatten it and spread one tbl.sp of this potato mixture.
Roll it tightly. Close the sides properly.

Shallow fry in oil and serve hot with chutney or ketchup.

Creamy Garlic Mushroom Toast



Ingredients
onion - 1 medium
garlic flakes - 2 to 3
mushroom - 1 cup
salt and pepper as per taste
dry thyme - 1/2 tsp
cream - 2 tbl.sp
lemon juice - 1/4 tsp
cheese
bread slices

Method
Add one tbl.sp of butter and olive oil. When heated add chopped garlic and saute for few seconds but not to brown it and then add onions and cook till it becomes translucent. Add one cup of chopped mushroom, salt and pepper and thyme and cook till gravy becomes complete dry. Mushroom itself will release water and cook in it.  Remove in a bowl add cream and lemon juice and grated cheese.. Mix well.
Take bread slices and spread this mixture on it and bake in oven at 180 degree celcius for  10 to 15 minutes.

Baked Corn Cheese Tikki



Ingredients
Paste of corn kernel - 1 cup
garlic - 2 to 3 crushed or powdered garlic - 1/2 tsp
red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
oregano - 1/4 tsp
pepper and salt as per taste
cheese
cornflour - 1 to 2 tbl.sp
paste of refined flour
bread crumbs
corriander leaves

Method
Add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Make small flat balls. Dip in refined flour paste and coat with bread crumbs. Place in a baking tray. Put little oil and bake in a oven at 180 degree for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve hot with ketchup or chutney.

Baked Veg Cheese Paneer



Ingredients
red yellow and green pepper in small quantities
mixed herb 1 tsp
red chilli flakes - 1/2  tsp
pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
grated cheese - 2 to 3 tbl.sp
paneer - 2 to 3 tbl.sp
salt as per taste

for the dough
refined flour - 1 cup
pinch of salt
olive - 1 to 2 tsp
water

Method
Heat oil in a pan and add red yellow and green pepper, saute for few seconds. Add mixed herb, red chilli flakes, pepper powder, salt and mix well. Cook for a minute. Remove in a bowl.
Add cheese and paneer and mix well.
Take a small dough and roll into small chapati. Put the stuffing and cover it as shown. Bake in the oven at 180 degree for 15 to 20 minutes and serve hot.

Stuffed Spinach Paneer Cheesy Balls



Ingredients
cheese - 2 to 3 tbl.sp
paneer - 50 gm
blanched spinach - 7 to 8 leaves chopped
boiled and grated potato - 1
red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
roasted cumin powder - 1 tsp
pepper powder - 1 tsp
salt as per taste
pizza base dough

Method
Mix together all the ingredients.
Roll out the pizza base dough with the help of a rolling pin.
Stuff this mixture into the pizza base dough.
Seal  it and leave it for half an hour to rest.
Spread little olive oil on top of it.
Bake it in the oven at 200 degree C for 20 to 25 minutes.
Serve hot.

Chicken Cheese Balls







Ingredients

boiled minced chicken - 100 gm

mozirella cheese - 3 to 4 tbl.sp

minced garlic - 3 to 4 small

few corriander leaves or parsley

salt and pepper as per taste

egg - 1

cornflour and bread crumbs





Method

mix minced chicken, cheese, garlic, corriander leaves and salt and pepper. Make small flat round balls. Dust it with cornflour and dip in egg batter and coat it with bread crumbs.

deep fry in oil till golden brown in color and serve hot with ketchup.

Creamy Garlic Mushroom Penne Pasta




Ingredients
Boiled penne pasta - 250 gm
spring onion - 6 to 7
garlic cloves chopped - 3 to 4
button mushroom - 7 to 8
white sauce- 2 to 3 tbl.sp
oregano - 1/2 tsp
salt and pepper as per taste
grated cheese

Method
Boil pasta in water and salt . Drain it and keep aside.
Chop spring onion bulbs and leaves seprately.
Chop garlic cloves and slice mushroom.
Heat olive oil in a pan and add chopped onion bulbs and garlic and saute till onions become soft.
Then add   mushroom and stir fry for few seconds and then add little water and let it cook for 2 to 3 mins.
Then add boiled pasta, spring onion leaves, white sauce, salt and pepper, oregano and mix well. You can add litte water also and cook for a minute.
In the last sprinkle little cheese and serve hot.

Chilli Paneer Cigar



Ingredients
spring onion bulbs - 2 to 3 finely chopped
capsicum - 1
carrot - 1
red chilli sauce - 1 tbl.sp
paneer and cheese - 5o to 100 gm
salt and pepper as per taste
spring roll sheet
sweet chilli sauce

Method
Chop all the vegetables finely and to it add cheese, paneer, red chilli sauce, salt and pepper. Mix well.Take a spring roll sheet and apply cornflour paste on all the sides. Put this mix vegetable and roll it like a cigar. Deep fry in oil  and serve hot with sweet chilli sauce.

Cheese Spinach Toasty




Ingredients
onion - 1
tomato - 1
spinach leaves - 4 to 5
garlic cloves - 4 to 5 small
sweet chilli sauce - 1 to 2 tsp
chaat masala - 1 tsp
salt and pepper as per taste
few bread slices
mozirella cheese
cheddar cheese


Method
Slice onion and tomato. Chop spinach leaves finely. Chop garlic flakes.
In a bowl mix together onion, tomato, cheese, salt and pepper, sweet chilli sauce, chaat masala and keep aside.
Heat one tsp of oil in a pan add garlic flakes and fry for few seconds without changing its color.
Then add spinach leaves and cook for 2 minutes. Remove and mix with other ingredients.

Take bread slices place this mixture on it and cover it with another bread slice.
Toast it on a pan by adding little ghee or butter. Serve hot with or without ketchup.

Italian Cheesy Veg Bread



Ingredients
Pizza dough
crushed garlic - 4 to 5
corn - 1 cup
spring onions - 1 cup chopped
red pepper - 1
green pepper - 1
yellow pepper - 1
cream cheese - 1 tbl.sp
salt and pepper as per taste
mozirella cheese to sprinkle

Method
Heat one tbl.sp of oil. Add garlic and saute for few seconds. See that it doesn't change its color. Add all the vegetables and stir fry for a minute and then add cream cheese, salt and pepper and cook till all the masala is completely dried.
Take pizza dough, roll into small rotis and put this masala on it. Sprinkle cheese on it and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degree celcius   till the base is cooked and chesse  is melted. Serve hot.

Tomato Cheese Omelette


Ingredients
eggs - 3
onion - 2
tomato - 1
red chilli powder - 2 tsp
pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
salt as per taste
cheese - to sprinkle
corriander leaves for garnishing

Method
Heat oil in a pan. Add onions and tomatoes and saute till it becomes soft.
In a bowl break 3 eggs  and to it add red chilli powder, pepper powder and salt and mix well. Add onions and tomatoes and again mix well. Heat a pan or flat tava. Put oil about 2 tsp and pour little of these egg mixture. Sprinkle on top cheese and corriander leaves and cook from both the sides till egg is cooked and cheese is melted. Serve hot with roti or bread.

Pepper and Cheese Sandwich




Ingredients

onion - 1
garlic cloves - 4 to 5
capsicum - 2
few basil leaves or herbs
salt and pepper as per taste
mozirella and cheddar cheese
few bread slices

Method

Heat oil in a pan, add garlic cloves crushed and saute for few seconds. see that the color is not changed. then add chopped onion and saute till it becomes soft. add chopped capsicum, basil leaves and salt and pepper and cook for few seconds.Add cheese and turn off the flame. when cool down. Spread a tablespoon of this mixture on the bread slice.  Cover with another bread and toast it on both the sides and serve hot.

Paneer and Cheese Bruschetta

Ingredients

french bread - 1
garlic chopped - 1 tbl.sp
tomato - 2 
few olives
cottage cheese/[aneer - 1/2 cup
oregano - 1 tsp
basil herb/fresh basil leaves - 1 tsp
grated cheese
olive oil - 1 tsp
salt and pepper as per taste

Method
Mix all the ingredients given  except cheese and leave it aside.
Cut french bread diagonally. Take a baking tray and grease it with olive oil. place the bread slices on it and  bake it in the oven for 3 to 4 minutes at 180 degree celcius.
Remove and flip the bread slices. Spread these mixture on it and sprinkle cheese on it.
Again bake this in the oven at 200 degree celcius for 10 to 12 minutes or till the cheese gets melt. Serve immediately.

Egg Spinach Sandwich



Ingredients

few spinach leaves finely chopped
finely chopped onion - 1
garlic flakes - 4 to 5
eggs - 3
grated cheese
salt and pepper  as per taste
Bread Slices

Method
Heat a pan, add oil and fry garlic flakes for few seconds, then add onions and fry till it becomes soft. Then add  spinach leaves and  cook till it becomes soft. Add eggs one by one to it and stir fry till egg is cooked. Take bread slices, spread this mixture on it and sprinkle cheese on it. Cover it with another bread, apply little ghee on top of both the sides and toast on a pan till golden brown in color.

Garlic and Capsicum Pizza

Ingredients
pizza dough
tomato puree/10 tomatoes of medium size
garlic flakes - 15 to 20
mixed herb - 1 tsp
salt and pepper as per taste
sliced capsicum, onion
olives
cheddar and mozirella cheese

Method
Take one cup tomato puree or make a puree of 10 tomatoes of medium size
Heat one tbl.sp of olive oil and 1 tsp of butter in a pan, add garlic flakes and saute for a few seconds, do not brown it.
then add tomato puree, mixed herbs, salt and pepper and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
Off the flame and keep aside.
Spread pizza dough on a pan, spread tomato sauce, then sprinkle cheese. Put sliced capsicum, onions and olives and sprinkle little cheese on top.
bake this at 180 degree celcius till the cheese melts and the pizza dough is cooked well.
Cut into pieces and serve.
