Aloo Paneer Kulcha | Paneer Potato Kulcha On Tava




Ingredients

Wheat flour - 3 cups

Baking powder - 1/2 tsp

Baking soda - 1/2 tsp

Sugar - 1 tsp

Ajwain/carom seed - 1 tsp

Salt - 1/2 tsp

Yogurt - 3 tbl.sp



For the stuffing

Boiled potato - 5  to 6

Paneer - 100 gm

Ginger - 1 inch piece

Red chilli powder - 1 tsp

Green chilli - 2

Corriander powder - 1 tsp

Roasted cumin powder - 1 tsp

Garam masala - 1/2 tsp

Chaat masala - 1 tsp

Salt as per taste



Black /white sesame seeds

Few chopped corriander leaves

Chopped onion (optional)



Method

First in a bowl take wheat flour. Make a dent in between and add rest of the ingredients.

Mix well and add water and make a soft dough. Cover and let it rest for half an hour.



For the stuffing grate potatoes, paneer and to it add rest of the ingredient and mix it well.



Roll out chapati and make a small ball of the stuffing and place in the centre of the  chapati. Close all the edges  on top sprinkle it with black or white sessame seeds, corriander leaves, onion chopped and then again roll it . Heat pan and cook this kulcha on both the sides. Drizzle little oil or ghee on top and serve hot.

Aloo Paneer Tikki | Potato Paneer Cutlet | Easy Starter Recipe



Ingredients
Boiled potato grated - 1 big
Paneer/Cottage cheese - 150 gm
Bread crumbs - 2 slices
Chilli powder - 1 1/2  tsp
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Chaat masala - 1 tsp
Juice of half lemon
Few chopped corriander leaves
Salt as per taste
Cornflour for dusting

Method
In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients given. Levae it aside for 10 minutes.
With the help of heart mould, give a heart shape to the cutlet. Dust with cornflour and shallow fry in oil till golden brown in color.
Serve hot with tomato ketchup.

Paneer Butter Masala | Paneer Makhani Recipe | Restaurant Style Paneer B...



Ingredients
Cottage cheese /paneer cubes - 200 gm
Onion roughy chopped - 2 medium
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Tomato - 1 chopped
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Corriander powder - 1 tsp
Roasted cumin powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1/4 tsp
Butter - 50 gm
Salt as per taste
Few chopped corriander leaves

Method
Heat little butter in a pan and saute onion for few minutes till  it become soft.
Add tomato and cook for a minute.
Off the flame and let it cool down.Blend it  to a fine paste.
In the same pan, heat butter and little oil.
Add blended masala, ginger garlic paste and cook for few seconds.
Add all the powdered masala and cook for a minute.
Add paneer cubes and mix well and cook for for 2 minutes.

Paneer and Veggies In Teriyaki Sauce| Paneer Teriyaki | Paneer Teriyaki ...



Ingredients
Paneer/cottage cheese – 150 gm
Yellow pepper – ½ chopped
Green pepper – ½ chopped
Red pepper – ½ chopped
Mushroom – 100 gm sliced
Spring onion – 1 cup chopped
Garlic – 7 to 8 flakes crushed
Teriyaki sauce – 1 ½  tbl.sp
Honey – 1 tbl.sp
Green chilli sauce – 2 tbl.sp

Method
In a bowl add teriyaki sauce, honey, green chilli sauce, mix well. Add paneer, red, yellow and green pepper, mushroom and mix well. Cover and keep it to marinate for half an hour.
Heat 2 tbl.sp of sesame oil in a pan, add garlic flakes and sauté for few seconds. Add marinated paneer and veggies , half of spring onion chopped and mix well and stir fry till the veggies are cooked and the gravy becomes thick.
Remove in a serving bowl, garnish with spring onion leaves and roasted sesame seeds.

Cheesy Veg Basket



Ingredients
Burger buns
chopped vegetables like spring onion, carrot, capsicum, french beans
cottage cheese/paneer - 2 to 3 tbl.sp
chilli flakes and crushed pepper - 1 tsp
oregano - 1/2 tsp
salt as per taste
grated cheese

Method
Heat one tbl.sp of butter and one tsp of oil. Saute 4 to 5 garlic cloves crushed for few seconds. Then add a tsp of chilli flakes and pepper powder  and 1/2 tsp of oregano and saute for few seconds. Then add finely chopped vegetables like carrot, capsicum, spring onion, french beans and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.Add salt as per taste, 2 to 3 tbl.sp of cottage cheese and mix well. Off  the flame and let it cool down.
Take burger buns. Make  hole in the centre and put this cooked vegetable and sprinkle cheese on top.
Bake it in a preheated oven at 180 degree till cheese melts.

Fried Crispy Schezwan Paneer



Ingredients
refined flour/maida - 2 tbl.sp
corn flour - 1 tbl.sp
soya sauce - 1 tsp
red chilli sauce - 1 tsp
schezwan sauce - 3 to 4 tsp
salt and pepper as per taste
water for making batter
paneer cubes - 10 to 12
capsicum and onion cubes


Method
Cut paneer into cubes and chop capsicum and onion into squares and keep aside.
In a bowl take all the ingredients given, add water and mix well and make a thick batter.
Add paneer, onion and capsicum, mix well and let it marinate for half an hour.
Take tooth pick and insert onion, then paneer and then capsicum and fry in oil.
Serve hot with schezwan sauce.

Tofu Makhani




Ingredients
Tofu - 100 gm

For marination
ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
coriander powder - 2 tsp
red chilli powder and salt as per taste
juice of half lemon


For gravy
cumin seed - 1 tsp
garlic - 2 to 3 flakes
ginger - 1 small piece
cloves - 3
cardamom - 1
cinnamon - 1 small piece
onion - 1 big
tomato - 1 big
coriander seed - 1 tbl.sp
red chilli - 2 to 3
turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
roasted cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
yogurt - 1/4 cup
paste of 10 to 12 cashewnut soaked in water
kasuri methi - 1 tsp
cream - 1 to 2 tbl.sp
chopped coriander leaves

Method
Cut tofu into cubes and marinate it in the ingredients given for about half an hour.

Shallow fry this in oil and remove it.

In the same pan add oil and little butter and add cumin seed, when they splutter add chopped ginger and garlic and whole cardamom, cloves and cinnamon and  fry it for few seconds. Then add onions and cook till it becomes soft. Then add red chilli and coriander seeds and fry for few seconds. Add tomatoes and cook till soft. Off the flame and let it cool down. Blend it to a fine paste.

Remove the blended paste in the same pan, add yogurt, roasted cumin powder, turmeric powder, salt, paste of cashew nut and let it simmer on a low flame for 2 minutes.

Add fried tofu, mix it and then add crushed kasuri methi, cream and chipped coriander leaves. Serve hot with rice or roti.

Mutter Paneer Bhurji



Ingredients
cumin seed - 1 tsp
onion - 1 medium size
garlic cloves - 4
ginger - 1 small piece
tomato - 2 medium
cooked/frozen green peas - 100 gm
paneer - 100 gm
roasted cumin powder - 1 tsp
red chilli powder - 1 tsp
turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
garam masala - 1/2 tsp
juice of half lemon
kasuri methi - 1 tsp
salt as per taste
corriander leaves for garnishing

Method
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. When they splutter add ginger garlic and fry for few minutes till the raw smell goes, then add onions and fry till soft. Make a paste of tomato and add to it and cook till the raw smell goes. Add all the powdered masala and green peas and cook till it is dried.
Then add paneer/cottage cheese, juice of half lemon, kasuri methi. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
Serve hot with roti or bread.

Palak Paneer Bhurji (Spinach and Cottage Cheese Recipe)



Ingredients
cumin seed - 1 tsp
onion - 1 medium
tomato - 1 big
ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
green chilli- as per taste
turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
roasted cumin powder - 1 tsp
salt as per taste
small bunch of spinach leaves chopped
paneer - 100 gm
juice of half lemon
kasuri methi - 1 tsp

Method
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. When they splutter add green chilli and then ginger garlic paste and then chopped onion and cook till it becomes translucent.
Add chopped tomato and cook till it is totally mashed. Then add all the powdered masala , chopped spinach leaves, juice of lemon and cook till it is dried and then add paneer/cottage cheese and kasuri methi and mix well and cook for few minutes. Serve hot.

Stuffed Spinach Paneer Cheesy Balls



Ingredients
cheese - 2 to 3 tbl.sp
paneer - 50 gm
blanched spinach - 7 to 8 leaves chopped
boiled and grated potato - 1
red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
roasted cumin powder - 1 tsp
pepper powder - 1 tsp
salt as per taste
pizza base dough

Method
Mix together all the ingredients.
Roll out the pizza base dough with the help of a rolling pin.
Stuff this mixture into the pizza base dough.
Seal  it and leave it for half an hour to rest.
Spread little olive oil on top of it.
Bake it in the oven at 200 degree C for 20 to 25 minutes.
Serve hot.

Chilli Paneer Pockets



Ingredients
onion - 1
cumin seed - 1 tsp
ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
paneer/cottage cheese - 200 gms
roasted cumin powder - 1 tsp
turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
red chilli powder and salt as per taste
half of lemon
few corriander and mint leaves
chaat masala - 1 tsp
few bread slices

Method
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeeds. When it splutters add ginger garlic paste and saute for few seconds. Then add onion and fry till soft. Mash paneer and add to it along with all the other ingredients except bread.
Cook for two minutes and let it cool down.
Take bread slices. Wet it with little water and spread one tbl.sp of paneer masala and cover it with another bread slice. Deep fry or shallow fry it  and serve hot with ketchup.

Garlic Paneer ( Indo chinese recipe)





Ingredients

Paneer/cottage cheese - 100 gms

onion cubes - 2 medium

capsicum cubes - 1

soya sauce - 2 tsp

garlic chopped - 7 to 8

red chilli sauce - 1 tbl.sp

whole red chilli - 2

vinegar - 1 tsp

salt and pepper as per taste

corn flour - 1 tsp dissolved in water

tomato ketchup - 2 tbl.sp



Method

Heat oil in a pan and add chopped garlic and saute for few seconds. See that it deoesn't get burnt and then add red chilli and saute for few seconds.

Add onions cut into cubes and stir fry on a high flame for few seconds. Add soya sauce, vinegar, red chilli sauce, salt and pepper and capsicum and stir fry for few seconds. Add paneer cubes

, tomato ketchup and again gently mix and cook for few seconds.

Add cornflour paste, mix well and cook for a minute till the gravy becomes thick and transparent.

Serve hot.

Chilli Paneer Cigar



Ingredients
spring onion bulbs - 2 to 3 finely chopped
capsicum - 1
carrot - 1
red chilli sauce - 1 tbl.sp
paneer and cheese - 5o to 100 gm
salt and pepper as per taste
spring roll sheet
sweet chilli sauce

Method
Chop all the vegetables finely and to it add cheese, paneer, red chilli sauce, salt and pepper. Mix well.Take a spring roll sheet and apply cornflour paste on all the sides. Put this mix vegetable and roll it like a cigar. Deep fry in oil  and serve hot with sweet chilli sauce.

Stuffed Paneer Masala Pav



Ingredients
Ladi pav - 4


for stuffing
onion - 1
capsiucm - 1 big
garlic flakes crushed - 4
corriander powder - 1 tsp
cumin powder - 1 tsp
turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
garam masala - 1/2 tsp
red chilli powder and salt as per taste
juice of half lemon
few corriander leaves
paneer crumbled

Method
Heat one tbl.sp of oil in a pan and add onion and crushed garlic. Sauute it till onion becomes soft. Then add chopped capsicum and all the powdered masala, salt and paneer crumbled. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Add lemon juice and corriander leaves and mix well and remove from fire.

Heat pan, toast pav/Indian bread on both the sides and slit into half. Fill one tbl.sp of stuffing and serve hot.

Mutter Paneer Masala

Ingredients
few cubes of paneer
onion - 1 big
cumin seed - 1 tsp
ginger grated - 2 tsp
green chilli or red chilli as per taste
puree of 3 tomatoes
corriander powder - 1 tsp
roasted cumin powder - 1 tsp
garam masala - 1/2 tsp
turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
salt as per taste
15 to 20 cashewnuts soaked in water
few corriander leaves for garnishing


Method
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seed. When it splutters add onions and cook till it becomes little soft. Then add ginger and green chilli and saute for few seconds.
Add tomato puree and all powdered masala, salt and cook for few minutes. Add fresh green peas and mix well. Add water and cook till it becomes soft and tender.
Add cashewnut paste and paneer cubes and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Garnish with corriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.

Paneer Jalebi




Ingredients
paneer - 150 gm
all purpose flour - 1 tbl.sp
few pistachios chopped

for making sugar syrup
sugar - 1 cup
water - 1/2 cup
cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
few strands of saffron


Method
For Making Syrup
mix together all the ingredients given and boil it till one thread consistency.

Mix together paneer and all purpose flour to make a soft dough. Roll it into thin long strip and shape it like jalebi. Deep fry in hot oil and put in sugar syrup. Serve hot.

Veg Paneer Korma



Ingredients

Paneer - 100 gms

mixed vegetable - carrot, cauliflower, green peas, potato, french beans
onion - 1
tomato - 1
yoghurt - 1 tbl.sp
few curry leaves
ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
red chilli powder - 1 tsp
corriander powder - 1 tsp
cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
garam masala - 1/4 tsp
salt as per taste

make a paste of
10 to 15 cashewnuts
sesame seeds - 1 tsp
fennel seed - 1/2 tsp
cloves - 3
cardamom - 1
cinnamon - 1
green chilli - 2


Method
Make a paste of the given ingredients.
Cut paneer into cubes.
Chop vegetables.
Heat oil in a pan and add onion and saute till light golden brown in color. Then add ginger garlic paste and saute for few seconds till the raw smell goes. Then add tomato and cook till it is completely mashed up. Add all the powdered masala and yoghurt and stir fry for few seconds. Add vegetables and mix well.Add little water and pressure cook till two whistles.
Add paneer cubes and cashewnut paste and cook on a slow flame till it starts boiling.
Garnish with corriander leaves and serve hot with rice, roti or naan.

Mutter Paneer Pulao




Ingredients
rice - 1/2 kg
green peas - 100 gm
paneer cubes - 100 gm
onion - 1
tomato - 2
ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
bay leaf - 1
cumin seed - 1 tsp
red chilli powder - 2 tsp
corriander powder - 2 tsp
garam masala - 1 tsp
turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
salt as per taste
juice of half lemon
corriander leaves for garnishing

Method

Soak rice in water for half an hour.
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seed and bay leaf. when it splutters add onion and fry till light golden brown in color. Then add ginger garlic paste and saute for few seconds. Then add tomatoes and cook till it is mashed up.
Add all the powdered masala and stir fry for few seconds. Add green peas, salt, juice of half lemon and water (double the quantity of rice) and corriander leaves.
Let it boil.
Drain water from the rice and put it in the boiling water. When the rice is half cooked. Add paneer cubes and gently mix. Slow the flame and cook till rice is very well cooked. Serve hot with korma.

Paneer 65




Ingredients

Paneer - 200 gm

for marination
rice flour - 1 tbl.sp
corn flour - 1 tbl.sp
all purpose flour - 1 tbl.sp
ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
green chilli - 2
garam masala - 1/2 tsp
juice of half lemon
salt as per taste
food color

for the masala
onion - 1
ginger green chilli paste - 1 tsp
few curry leaves
yoghurt - 3 tbl.sp
salt as per taste
food color
corriander leaves for garnishing

Method
Cut paneer into cubes
First marinate the pieces of paneer for half to an hour with the ingredients given for marination.
Deep fry or shallow fry in oil and keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan and add onion and saute till it becomes soft.
Add ginger green chilli paste, few curry leaves and saute for a minute. Add yoghurt and stir fry for few seconds. Then add these paneer pieces, little water and cook for two minutes.
Garnish with corriander leaves and serve hot with rice, roti or naan.

Methi Paneer Paratha



Ingredients
a bunch of fenugreek leaves
ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
tomato chopped - 1 small
green chilli - 2
roasted cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
paneer/cottage cheese - 100 gm
salt as per taste
wheat flour dough

Method
Heat oil in a pan. Add ginger garlic paste and saute for few seconds. Then add chopped tomatos and green chillies and cook till tomatoes become soft.Add finely chopped fenugreek leaves, roasted cumin powder and salt and cook for few seconds. Then add paneer and mix well and cook till the mixture becomes dry.

Take a wheat flour dough. Roll it with a pin and put a tsp of stuffing into it and again seal it.
Roll it again with the help of rolling pin and cook on a pan till both sides are cooked well. Add butter or oil while cooking. Serve hot with pickle or yoghurt.
