Prawns In Hot Garlic Sauce





Ingredients

For marination
Prawns
– 1 cup
Cornflour
– 1 tsp
Egg
– 1
Salt
– a little

Garlic
– 1o to 15 cloves chopped
Ginger
– 1 inch piece chopped
Capsicum
– 1 cut into cubes
Spring
onion – cut into big pieces
Paste
of 3 kashmiri red chilli
Soya
sauce – 2 tsp
Tomato
ketchup – 5 to 6 tbl.sp
Salt
and pepper as per taste
Vinegar
– 1 tsp
Sugar
– 1 tsp

Method
Soak
three to four kashmiri red chillies for half an hour and make a paste of it.
Marinate
prawns in ingredients given and keep aside
Heat
oil in a pan and deep fry it and remove on a tissue paper.
Remove
extra oil and add ginger garlic and cook till garlic changes its colour.
In
a bowl mix together kashmiri paste, soya sauce, tomato ketchup, salt and sugar.
Add this to ginger and garlic and mix well.
Cook
for a minute and then add prawns, spring onion, and capsicum. Also add little
water. Mix well and cook for 2 to 3 minutes on a high flame.
Add
salt and pepper as per taste. When cooked, remove from flame and garnish with
spring onion leaves.




Prawns Fried Rice





Ingredients

Cooked
rice – 1 cup
Prawns
– 10 to 15
Ginger
– 1-inch piece chopped
Garlic
– 5 to 6 chopped
Green
chilli - 1
Soya
sauce – 1 tsp
Black pepper
and salt as per taste
Mix
vegetable – capsicum, spring onion, carrot, French beans cut into small pieces
Salt
– 1 tsp

Method
Use
cooked rice. Best rice should be rice cooked one day before.
First
clean and wash prawns and keep aside.
Heat
olive oil in a pan. Add ginger, garlic and green chilli and sauté for few
seconds.
Add
mixed vegetable and saute on a high flame for 2 to 3 minutes. Then add soya
sauce, salt and pepper and mix well.
Make a hole in the centre and put prawns.  Let the prawns get cooked and then mix
vegetables to it.
Add
cooked rice, mix well, serve hot.

Egg Pasta Recipe



Ingredients
pasta - 250 gm boiled
carrot - 1
red, yellow and green pepper each half
onion - 1 big
hakka noodle masala
eggs - 3
salt as per taste

Method
Boil pasta in water, drain water and keep aside.
In a pan heat oil, add onion and cook till soft then add all chopped vegetables, hakka noodle masala and cook for few minutes on a high flame. Lower the flame add egg and scramble it till done. Add salt. Mix well. Add cooked pasta , mix well and serve hot.

Stir Fry Chicken With Vegetables



Ingredients
chicken - 100 gm
garlic flakes- 4 to 5
ginger -,one small  piece
green capsicum
yellow capsicum
red capsicum
carrot
cabbage
french beans
red chilli sauce - 1 tsp
tomato ketchup - 1 tbl.sp
salt and pepper as per tste
corn flour - 1 tbl.sp dissolved in water
chicken stock

Method
Cook chicken in water by adding salt and pepper.
Heat oil in a pn, add garlic flakes and ginger and saute for few seconds. Then add all the vegetables and stir fry for few seconds. Then addchicken pieces, red chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, salt and pepper and again stir fry. Add chicken stock and corn flour to it. Cook till gravy becomes thick.

Chicken Fried Rice



Ingredients
Rice – 250 gm
Chicken – 200 gm
Onion – 1
Chopped garlic – 5 to 6
Chopped ginger –  1 tbl.sp
Mixed vegetable – carrot, French beans, capsicum, spring onion
Egg – 1
Soya sauce – 1 tsp
White pepper powder – 2 tsp
Vinegar – ½ tsp
Salt as per taste

For marinating chicken
Soya sauce – 1/2 tsp
Salt and pepper as per taste
Corn flour – ½ tsp


Method
Marinate chicken with given ingredients and keep aside for 10 to 20 minutes. Then cook it.
Heat oil in a pan add garlic, ginger and saute for few seconds. Then add onion and cook till soft. Add  all the vegetables and cook for few minutes.
Add egg and scramble it and mix with the vegetable. Add soya sauce, white pepper powder, vinegar and salt and mix well and add rice to it and mix it.
Cook for a minute and serve hot.

Chicken and Vegetable Fried Rice




Ingredients
cooked rice - 2 cups
boiled and shredded chicken - 1 cup
crushed ginger and garlic - 1 tsp
mixed vegetable - 200 gm (carrot, capsicum, beans, onion)
soya sauce - 1 tsp
green chilli as per taste
egg - 2
salt and pepper as per taste

Method

Heat oil in a pan,  add crushed ginger and garlic and saute for few seconds. Then add green chilli and again saute for few seconds and then add boiled and shredded chicken and stir fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
Then again mixed vegetable and cook on a high flame for 2 to 3 minutes. Add soya sauce, salt and pepper and eggs, mix well and cook till the eggs are cooked. Add rice and mix gently.Serve hot with manchurian.

Fried Hot and Sweet Soya Chunks






Ingredients
Soya chunks – 100 gms
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
Soya sauce – 1 tsp
Red chilli sauce – 1 tbl.sp
Tomato sauce – 3 tbl.sp
Corn flour – 1 tsp
Food color - optional
Salt and pepper as per taste

Method
Pressure cook soya chunks
till one whistle. Drain out the excess water and put in the bowl.
Add all the given
ingredients to it and leave it to marinate for 15 to 20 minutes.
Deep fry in hot oil and
serve as a snack or with fried rice.



Chinese Stir Fry Vegetable

Ingredients



Onion – 2
Garlic flakes – 5 to 6
Baby corn – 10 to 15
Capsicum (red, yellow and
green) – each one
Carrot  - 1
French Beans – 7 to 8
Cabbage – 1 small piece
Tomato ketchup – 3 tsp
Corn flour – 1 tsp
Red chilli sauce – 2 tsp
Soya sauce – 1 tsp
Salt as per taste
Spring onions for garnishing

Method
Heat 3 tbl.sp of olive oil
in a pan, sauté chopped garlic and then add onions and fry till it becomes
translucent.
Add all the vegetables and
stir fry for 2 to 3 minutes and then add soya sauce, red chilli sauce, tomato
ketchup, salt, stir and cook for 30 seconds and then add corn flour paste and
cook for few more seconds. Remove and garnish with spring onion leaves and
serve.

Prawns and Capsicum Stir Fry




Ingredients



Prawns – 10 to 15
Garlic flakes – 3 to 4
Onion – 1
Carrot – 1
Red, yellow and green pepper
Spring onion leaves
Soya sauce – 1 tsp
Tomato ketchup – 2 tbl.sp
Tomato puree – 2 tbl.sp
Salt as per taste
Paste of red chilli and vinegar
or red chilli sauce

Method
Heat oil in a pan, add few
garlic flakes and saute for few seconds and then add onions and cook till it
becomes soft. Add prawns and sauté for few seconds and then add soya sauce,paste
of red chilli or red chilli sauce, tomato ketchup and tomato puree. Stir fry
for few seconds and then add carrot, red, yellow and green pepper and few
spring onion leaves. Add salt as per taste and mix well and remove from fire.
Garnish with spring onion
leaves and serve.

Pasta with Capsicum and Baby Corn

Ingredients



Pasta – 200 gm boiled
Capsicum – 1
Spring onion
Carrot – 1
Onion – 1
Baby corns – 7 to 8
Paste of red chilli soaked
in vinegar/red chilli sauce as per taste
Garlic flakes – 3 to 4
All purpose flour – 3 tbl.sp
Soya sauce – 1 tsp
Corn flour – 1 tbl.sp
Tomato ketchup – 2 tbl.spl
Tomato puree – 2 tbl.sp
Rose mary herb – ¼ tsp
Salt and pepper as per taste

Method
Cook pasta till soft and
then remove and keep aside.
Make a batter of all purpose
flour, corn flour, salt and pepper and soya sauce, dip baby corns in it and
leave it aside to marinate for 5 to 10 minutes. Deep fry in oil and cut into
small pieces and keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan, add
garlic flakes and sauté for few seconds and then add onions and cook till they
become soft.add carrot and paste of red chilli or red chilli sauce and  tomato ketchup and cook till carrots have
become soft. Add capsicum, spring onion, soya sauce, fried baby corn. Stir fry
for a minute and then add cooked pasta. Add tomato puree and rose mary herb,
stir fry and again for few seconds. Remove, garnish with spring onion leaves
and serve.

Chicken With Capsicum Stir Fry




Ingredients




Boneless chicken pieces –
150 gm
Red, yellow and green pepper
Onion – 1 sliced
Garlic flakes – 3 to 4
chopped
Soya sauce – 1 tsp
Red chilli sauce – 2 tsp
Tomato ketchcup – 2 tbl.sp
Salt as per taste
Spring onion leaves for
garnishing


Method
 Make thin long slice of onion, red, green and
yellow pepper. Heat oil in a pan, add garlic flakes and sauté for a minute and
then add boneless chicken pieces. First cook on a high flame for a minute so
that all the juice of the chicken is trapped inside, then lower the flame and
cook till half done. Add sliced onion and cook till the chicken pieces are
cooked and onion becomes little soft. Then add soya sauce, salt, pepper, red
chilli sauce and tomato ketchup. Stir fry for few seconds and then add red,
yellow and green pepper. The pepper should be cruispy so just stir fry for a
minute and then off the flame.
Garnish with spring onion
leaves and serve.

Sweet, Sour and Spicy Paneer

Ingredients

paneer cubes (cottage cheese ) – 150 gm
capsicum – 2
onion – 1
ginger – 1 inch grated
tomatoes – 2
tomato ketchup – 3 tbl.sp
soya sauce – 1 tsp
red chilli sauce – 2 tsp
sugar – ½  tsp
pepper and salt as per taste

Chilli Idli

Ingredients
Few Idlis 
Onion – 1 chopped
Ginger – 1 tsp
Garlic – 1 tsp
Soya sauce – 1 tsp
Green Chilli sauce – 1 tsp
Tomato ketchup – 3 tbl.sp
Capsicum – 1 chopped
Corn flour – 2 tsp
Salt and pepper as per taste
Spring onion leaves for garnishing

Method
Dissolve cornflour in cold water.
Deep fry idli in oil till golden brown in colour.
In another pan, heat  1 tbl. Of oil, add chopped ginger and garlic and sauté for few seconds and then add onions and fry for a minute, then add soya sauce, green chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, salt and pepper.
Add 1 cup of water or vegetable stock and bring it to boil.
Add cornflour paste to it to make it little thick and again stir and cook for a minute.
When it starts boiling,  remove from fire.
In a bowl, place this fried idlis and pour this gravy on it and garnish with spring onion leaves and serve.
