Mix Vegetable Pakoda

Ingredients
Mixed vegetable (carrot, cabbage, cauliflower, potato, onion, French beans)  - 1 ½ cup
Besan flour – 200 gm
Cumin seed – 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
Few curry leaves
Few coriander leaves
Rice flour – 3 tbl.sp
Chilli powder and salt as per taste

Method
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients, add little water and make a thick batter.
Heat oil in a pan, with the help of a spoon, pour this batter in oil and deep fry till golden brown in colour and serve hot with tomato ketchup.

Egg Pakora

Ingredients
Egg – 2
Chickpeas flour/besan flour – 200 gm
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Roasted cumin powder – 1 tsp
Baking soda – ¼ tsp
Chaat masala – 1 tsp
Green chilli chopped – 1
Few curry leaves
Coriander leaves
Salt as per taste
Oil for frying

Method
Boil egg and cut into small pieces.
In another bowl, mix together all the given ingredients and make a smooth batter. Add these boiled egg pieces and mix it well.

Deep fry this in hot oil and serve hot with tomato ketchup or chutney.

Chicken Pakora

Ingredients
Boneless chicken – 500 gm
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbl.sp
Besan/gram flour – 3 tbl.sp
Yoghurt – 2 tbl.sp
Lemon juice – 2 tsp
Kasuri methi – ½ tsp
Garam masala – ½ tsp
Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Cumin powder – ½ tsp
Meat masala – 2 tsp
Coriander leaves
Food colour – ¼ tsp
Red chilli powder and salt as per taste

Method
Wash and cut chicken into cubes. Add all the given ingredients to it, mix it well and leave it to marinate for 2 to 3 hours.
Deep fry in hot oil on a medium flame till the chicken pieces are cooked well and are golden brown in color.
Serve hot.

Onion Pakora


Ingredients
Onion – 1 big
Besan’- 1 cup
Rice flour- 1 tbl,sp
Cumin seed- ½ tsp
Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
 Green chillies- 2
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Ginger paste – ¼ tsp
Coriander leaves- ¼ cup
Few curry leaves
Salt as per taste

Method
Cut onion into thin long slices, in a bowl, add onion, green chilies, curry leaves, coriander leaves, turmeric powder, ginger paste, cumin seed, salt and red chili powder. Mix it will,
Add besan and rice flour and coat all the sliced onions well with the flour,
Leave it aside for 15 to 20 minutes till the onion release its water; mix it well with your hands.
Add little water only if needed.
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry these pakoras till golden brown in color.
Remove and serve hot.
