Corn And Mushroom Tart





Ingredients

For making dough

Maida flour/all purpose flour -

Butter - 100 gm



For the stuffing

Garlic - 5 to 6 chopped

Spring onion bulbs-  4 to 5

Spring onion leaves

Corn - 1 cup

Red pepper - 1/2

Yellow pepper - 1/2

Green pepper - 1/2

Mushroom - 1 cup

Cream cheese - 2 to 3 tbl.sp

Eggs - 3

Oregano - 1 tsp

Chilli flakes - 1 tsp

Salt and pepper as per taste



Method

In a bowl take all purpose flour and butter at room temperature and mix it well till it froms like bread crumbs. Then add water and knead it to a dough. Refrigerate it for 10 minutes.



Heat a tbl.sp of olive oil and to it add chopped garlic and cook  for few seconds.

Then add chopped spring onion bulbs and saute till it becomes soft. Add all the vegetables , oregano, chilli flakes, salt and cook till it becomes dry.

In the end add chopped spring onion leaves, mix it and off the flame.



In another bowl beat three eggs and cream cheese, salt and pepper and mix it well.

Take out the dough and  roll it half inch thick. Cut small circle and place it in the tart. First grease the tart with oil.Prick the  tart with a fork so that it does not puff up. Bake it in the oven at 180 degree celcius for 10 minutes. Unmould it and  put the stuffing and pour a tbl.sp of  egg mixture and again bake it at 180 degree celcius till egg is cooked. Serve hot.

Rose Cookies With Egg / Achappam







Ingredients

Rice flour - 1 cup

All purpose flour - 3/4 cup

Thick coconut milk - 1 cup

Sesame seed - 1 tsp

Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp

Egg - 1

Thin coconut milk as required



Method

In a bowl mix together rice flour, all purpose flour, sesame seed, cardamom powder, one beaten egg and thick coconut milk. Mix it all, add thin coconut milk if required. If the batter is little thin then add 1 to 2 tbl.sp of rice flour and mix it well.

Leave it to rest for 10 to 15 minutes.

Take a rose cookie mould and dip in hot oil for sometime and then dip it in the batter but not fully.

Put it in the oil and fry it as shown in the video. You can use fork or knife to remove cookie or just shake it. Fry in oil till golden brown in color. remove and let it cool down. store it in air tight container.

Boiled Egg Sandwich | Quicl and Easy Recipe





Ingredients

Boiled egg - 3

Spring onions - 1/4 cup

Chilli flakes - 1/2 tsp

Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp

Few chopped corriander leaves

Salt as per taste

Mayonnaise - 2 to 3 tbl.sp

Few bread slices



Method

Take boiled eggs in a bowl and prick it with a fork into small pieces.

To it all the other ingredients except bread and mix well.

Take bread slices and spread one spoon of mixture on it and cover with other bread slices. Cut into half and serve.

Veg Egg Toast |





Ingredients

Few bread slices

Eggs - 4

Onion - 1 small chopped

Garlic flakes - 3 to 4 crushed

Red, yellow and green capsicum - each half chopped

Red chilli flakes - 1/2 tsp

Oregano - 1/2 tsp

Salt and pepper as per taste


Method

Heat oil in a pan and to it add garlic flakes. Saute for few seconds and then add onion, red , yellow and green capsicum and cook till it becomes soft.

Off the flame and let it cool down.

In another bowl, break 4 eggs and add rest of the ingredients. Add cooked capsicum also.

Mix well.

Take a bread slice. Make a square cut from inside. Heat a pan, place this bread piece and in the centre, pour egg batter. Cover with the cut bread slice and cook well on both the sides. Drizzle little oil while cooking.

Serve hot.

Capsicum Egg Paratha | Egg Paratha | Anda Paratha | Stuffed Egg Paratha



Ingredients
Onion - 1
Ginger garlic paste
Tomato - 2
Capsicum - 3
Red chilli paste - 1 tsp
Corriander powder - 1 tsp
Roasted cumin powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Salt as per taste
Few choppped corriander leaves
Eggs - 2

Method
Chop onion in to small pieces. Chop tomato and capsicum and keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan and add onion and saute till it becomes soft.
Add ginger garlic paste and saute for few seconds.
Add chopped tomato and cook till it is mashed.
Add chopped Capsicum ,mix well and let it cook for 2 minute.
Off the flame and let it cool down.
Add two eggs and mix well.
Take a chapati , place on one side stuffing and close from other side.
Cook the chapati on both the sides. The egg will cook inside and will stick to the roti.
Serve hot.

Egg Curry with Chana Dal





Ingredients
Eggs - 3
Onion – 1 medium
sliced
Ginger garlic paste
– 1 tsp
Mustard seed – 1 tsp
Cumin seed – 1 tsp
Tomato – 2 chopped
Few curry leaves
Chana dal/split
chickpeas – ½ cup
Turmeric powder – ½
tsp
Red chilli powder –
2 tsp
Coriander powder –
1 tsp
Roasted cumin
powder – 1 tsp
Garam masala – ¼ tsp
Salt as per taste
Few coriander leaves
for garnishing

Make a paste of
Cinnamon – 1 small
stick
Cloves – 3 to 4
Poppy seed – 1 tsp
Onion – 1 small
chopped
Freshly grated
coconut – 2 tbl.sp

Method
Soak chana dal in
water for half an hour and then pressure cook till 4 to 5 whistle by adding
enough water and ¼ tsp of turmeric powder. Blend it coarsely.
Fry the ingredients
given in a tsp of oil and then make a paste of it and keep aside.
Heat 2 tbl.sp of
oil in a pan, add mustard seed and cumin seed and let it splutter.
Add ginger garlic
paste and sauté for few seconds. Then add onion and cook till it becomes
translucent.
Add chopped
tomatoes and cook tillit is completely mashed.


Add all the powder
masala and fry for a minute. Then add cooked chana dal, coconut paste and mix
well. Add little water if needed. Let it boil. When it starts boiling add
broken eggs one by one in three different places. Cook on a medium flame till
eggs are cooked. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice, roti or
dosa.

Mushroom Omelette



Ingredients
Eggs - 2
Mushroom - 4 to 5 chopped
Onion - 1 medium size
Garlic flakes - 2 to 3
Red chilli flakes - as per taste
Salt as per taste
Bread slices

Method
Heat oil in a pan. Add crushed garlic flakes and saue for few seconds. Then add onion sliced and cook till onion becomes translucent.
Then add chopped mushroom and cook till it becomes dry. Off the flame and let it cool down.
In a bowl beat two eggs and to it add chilllli flakes and salt as per taste. Mix it well. Add mushroom mixture to it and mix well.
Heat a flat pan and pour this egg mushroom batter. Cook till done. Serve hot with toasted bread slices.

Veg Paratha with Egg



Ingredients
Wheat flour dough
Onion - 1 medium size chopped
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Small bunch of chopped spinach leaves and fenugreek leaves
Roasted cumin powder - 1 tsp
Salt and red chilli powder as per taste
Egg - 2

Method
Heat oil in a pan, add onion and saute till it becomes translucent.
Add spinach leaves and fenugreek leaves and cook till it is reduced.
Take it out in a bowl and add ginger garlic paste, cumin powder, salt and chilli powder and half of  beaten egg.
Mix it well.
Roll two chapati. On one spread a spoonful of this mixture and cover it with another chapati. Cook on both the sides. Brush with little egg on top of both the sides of chapati. Serve hot with yogurt or pickle.

How To Make Stiff Egg White Peak

Method
Take 3 eggs. Take a clean and dry bowl. Separate egg white from egg yolk. Put egg white in the bowl and whisk it with the help of a hand blender till it forms stiff peak at the top. When you invert it, it should not fall, then it means it is ready.

Egg Roll Recipe



Ingredients
Wheat flour dough for making chapati
egg - 2
salt and chilli powder as per taste
few sliced onions
few chopped corriander leaves
chaat masala for garnishing

Method
Make chapati from wheat flour dough and keep aside.
Take two eggs and break in a bowl. Add salt and chilli powder as per taste. Beat the eggs.
Heat little oil in a pan, add eggs to it and cook for few seconds. Turn it and place one chapati on top of it and let it cook turning both the sides till done.
Remove from fire, place few chopped onions, corriander leaves and sprinkle chaat masala on top and serve hot.

Egg and Veg Appam



Ingredients

eggs - 3
bread - 2 slice
onion - 1 medium
capsicum - 1 small
carrot - 1
green chilli chopped - as per taste
ginger - 1 inch grated
roasted cumin powder - 1 tsp
salt as per taste
can add cheese - optional
few corriander leaves


Method

Finely chop onion, capsicum, green chillies. Grate carrot and ginger and finely chop corriander leaves. Make small pieces of bread.
In a bowl break eggs, add cumin powder and salt and mix it well and then add rest of the ingredients and mix well.  Egg and bread will help to bind the mixture.
Take a appam mould and pour little oil in all moulds. Pour half spoon of these mixture in the mould and cook on a medium flame. Turn other side and cook well.
Serve hot with green chutney or ketchup.

Egg Pasta Recipe



Ingredients
pasta - 250 gm boiled
carrot - 1
red, yellow and green pepper each half
onion - 1 big
hakka noodle masala
eggs - 3
salt as per taste

Method
Boil pasta in water, drain water and keep aside.
In a pan heat oil, add onion and cook till soft then add all chopped vegetables, hakka noodle masala and cook for few minutes on a high flame. Lower the flame add egg and scramble it till done. Add salt. Mix well. Add cooked pasta , mix well and serve hot.

Potato Fritters



Ingredients
grated raw potato - 2 medium size
onion - 1 small
egg - 1
all purpose flour - 2 tbl.sp
few corriander and mint leaves
salt and chilli as per taste

Method
Mix all the ingredients together and take a spoonful and deep fry in hot oil till golden brown in color.
Serve hot with ketchup.

Egg In A Boat



Ingredients

eggs - 3
capsicum - 1 small
spring onions chopped - 1 cup
corn - 1 cup
cream cheese - 1 tbl.sp
cheddar cheese - 2 tbl.sp
salt and pepper as per taste
bread

Method
In a bowl break all the three eggs and combine it with all the ingredients given.
Take long bread. Cut into half. Then make a dent in the centre in the shape of a boat and stuff this mixture into it. Bake it till Egg  is cooked . Serve hot.

Tomato Cheese Omelette


Ingredients
eggs - 3
onion - 2
tomato - 1
red chilli powder - 2 tsp
pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
salt as per taste
cheese - to sprinkle
corriander leaves for garnishing

Method
Heat oil in a pan. Add onions and tomatoes and saute till it becomes soft.
In a bowl break 3 eggs  and to it add red chilli powder, pepper powder and salt and mix well. Add onions and tomatoes and again mix well. Heat a pan or flat tava. Put oil about 2 tsp and pour little of these egg mixture. Sprinkle on top cheese and corriander leaves and cook from both the sides till egg is cooked and cheese is melted. Serve hot with roti or bread.

INGREDIENTS
BOILED EGG – 2
GRATED CARROT – 1
CHOPPED ONION – 1
FEW CORRIANDER/PARSLEY LEAVES
MAYONAISSE – 1 TBL.SP
MUSTARD PASTE – 1 TSP
SALT AND PEPPER AS PER TASTE
LEMON – ½
YOU CAN EVEN ADD CHOPPED CABBAGE OR LETTUCE LEAVES.
THIS CAN BE EVEN STUFFED IN A BREAD AND CAN BE EATEN AS SANDWICH


METHOD

MIX ALL THE INGREDIENTS TOGETHER AND LET IT STAY FOR FEW MINUTES. THEN REMOVE IN A SERVING PLATE AND SERVE.

Keema Stuffed Egg Recipe





Ingredients
onion - 1 
keema - 1 cup
boiled egg - 5
yoghurt - 1/2 cup
ginger garic paste - 1 1/2 tsp
garam masala - 1 tsp
salt as per taste
few corriander leaves
egg for coating
bread crumbs

Method
Cut boiled eggs into half and remove the yolk. Mash this yolk and keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan, add onion and saute for till it becomes brown in color. Then add ginger garlic paste, and saute for few seconds till the raw smell goes. Add yoghurt, keema, garam masala, mashed egg yolk and salt and cook till the whole mixture gets dry. Garnish with corriander leaves and keep aside.
Whisk egg for coating by adding salt and red chilli powder.
Put the stuffing in the egg and dip in egg mixture and roll on bread crumbs.
This can be either deep fried or shallow fried in oil till golden brown in color. Serve hot with ketchup.

Egg Spinach Sandwich



Ingredients

few spinach leaves finely chopped
finely chopped onion - 1
garlic flakes - 4 to 5
eggs - 3
grated cheese
salt and pepper  as per taste
Bread Slices

Method
Heat a pan, add oil and fry garlic flakes for few seconds, then add onions and fry till it becomes soft. Then add  spinach leaves and  cook till it becomes soft. Add eggs one by one to it and stir fry till egg is cooked. Take bread slices, spread this mixture on it and sprinkle cheese on it. Cover it with another bread, apply little ghee on top of both the sides and toast on a pan till golden brown in color.

Ande Ka Halwa


Ingredients
eggs - 4
milk - 1 cup
condensed milk - 1 cup
cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
coarsely powdered pistachio and almonds
ghee/butter - 2 tbl.sp
few raisins
saffron 
semolina - 2 tbl.sp soaked in water

Method
In a bowl mix together egg, milk, condensed milk, half of coarsely powdered pistachio and almonds and cardamom powder. Whisk together all this ingredients.

Heat ghee in a pan, lower the flame and add this mixture and keep on stirring it till it becomes thick. When it is half done, add rasins, semolina, saffron and again continue cooking till it becomes thick and you get a halwa like consistency.
Garnish with remaining powdered almonds and pistachio and serve.

Garlic Egg Fried Rice

Ingredients
cooked rice - 3 cups
eggs - 2
soya sauce - 1 tsp
garlic flakes - 3 to 4 chopped
ginger - 1/2 inch grated
green chilli - 1
spring onion bulbs - 1 cup
salt and pepper as per taste
spring onion leaves for garnishing

Method
Heat oil in a wok, add onions and saute till translucent. Then add garlic, ginger and green chilli and cook till the raw smell goes. Add soya sauce and eggs and scramble it. when eggs are cooked, add cooked rice, toss it, season it with salt and pepper. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes and then remove in a serving plate and garnish with spring onion leaves.
