Pineapple Murabba


Ingredients
Pineapple – 1
Sugar – 350 gm
Water – ¾ cup water

Method
Chop pineapple into small pieces and then steam it for five minutes. Remove and keep aside. Combine sugar and water and leave it to boil. When it starts boiling, add pineapple to it and cook on a medium flame till it becomes thick. When cool, store it in a bottle.
Instead of chopped pineapple, you can even use grated pineapple and follow the same procedure.
