Ingredients
Dry Bombay duck – 7
to 8 cut into two pieces
Onion – 3 medium sliced
Potato – 1 chopped
Ginger garlic paste
– 1 tsp
Tomato – 2 chopped
Few curry leaves
Red chilli powder – 2 tsp
corriander powder - 1 tsp
roasted cumin powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
Coriander leaves
for garnishing
Salt as per taste
Method
Heat oil in a pan
and Add ginger garlic paste and sauté for few seconds till the raw smell goes.
Add onions and cook till it becomes translucent. Add curry leaves
Add tomato and cook
till it is mashed up.
Add red chilli
powder, turmeric powder, corriander and cumin powder and salt and fry for a minute.
Add dry Bombay duck,
potato and cook on a slow flame till done.
Garnish with coriander
leaves and serve with rice or roti.
