Tandoori Chicken - 1

Ingredients
Whole Chicken – 1
Ghee/butter – 200 gm

Make a paste of
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbl.sp
Red chillli powder and salt as per taste
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tbl.sp
Crushed black pepper powder – 1 tsp
Cloves – 6
Green cardamom – 5
Black cardamom – 3
Cinnamon– 1 inch stick
Onions - 2


Method
Clean and wash chicken.
Make a paste 0f all the ingredients given and apply on the chicken from inside as well as outside.
Leave it to marinate in the refrigerator for about half an hour.
Apply ghee on the chicken and cook this in tandoor or oven cooking both the sides evenly. Sprinkle lemon juice on it and 
Serve hot.
