Cheesy Leftover Rice Cutlet


Ingredients
cooked rice - 1 cup
cooked peas - 1/4 cup
potato - 1 boiled
grated ginger - 1 tsp
green chilli - 2 chopped
black pepper pwder - 1 tsp
roasted cumin powder - 1 tsp
few chopped corriander leaves
salt as per taste
bread crumbs - 1 cup
cheese cubes

Method
In a bowl mix all these ingredients together except cheese.
Take littel ball of it, make it flat and place one piece of cheese into it.
Close it and make it round or oblonge shape. Fry in oil till golden brown in color.
Serve hot with ketchup.
