Choco Balls







Ingredients
Digestive biscuits-
200 gm
Cocoa powder – 2
tbl.sp
Vanilla essence – 1
tsp
Condensed milk – 3
to 4 tbl.sp
Walnut powder – 1
tbl.sp
White chocolate –
50 gm
Cream – 2 tbl.sp

Method
Powder digestive
biscuits and to it add cocoa powder, vanilla essence and condensed milk. Mix it
well and make balls. Refrigerate it for some time.


Melt white
chocolate in a pan and add cream  and
walnut powder to it. Mix it well. Dip this balls in the white chocolate mixture
and coat it with choco strands. Refrigerate this for some time before serving.

Dates and Chocolate Cake

I

Ingredients
powdered sugar - 150 gm
egg - 2
paste of dates - 1/4 cuip
cocoa powder - 1/4 cup
walnut - 1/4 cup
butter - 80 gm
milk - 1/4 cup
refined flour - 150 gm
baking powder - 1 tsp
baking soda - 1 tsp

Method
Blend together sugar, egg, butter, cocoa powder, walnut, paste of dates and milk. Remove in a bowl. Seive together refined flour, baking soda, baking powder and gently mix with the batter.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degree for 35 to 40 minutes. Prick it . If it comes out clean then the cake is ready.

Chocolate Ice Cream (Eggless)





Ingredients

milk - 150 ml

cornflour - 1 tbl.sp

cocoa powder - 1 tbl.sp

vanilla essence - 1/4 tsp

condensed milk - 200 ml

cream - 100 ml

dark chocolate chopped (optional)



Method

First take cold milk in a pan and add cornflour, cocoa powder and vanilla essence.

Mix it well and cook on a low flame stirring it continously till it becomes thick.

Remove from fire and let it cool down.

Add condensed milk, cream and dark chocolate and mix well.

Fill in ice cream mould and let it set in freezer for 8 to 10 hours.

Simple Chocolate Cake




Ingredients
maida/all purpose flour - 125 gm
powdered sugar - 250 gm
oil - 1/2 cup
milk - 1/2 cup
butter milk - 1/2 cup
a pinch of salt
vanilla essence - 1/2 tsp
cocoa powder - 3/4 cup
baking powder - 1 1/2 tsp
baking soda - 1 1/2 tsp
hot boiling water - 1/2 cup
eggs - 2

Method
Sieve together all the dry ingredients and keep aside. In another bowl take eggs, oil, milk, butter milk and whisk it well. Then gradually add dry ingredients to it and repeat till done. In the end add little boiling water and whisk well for a second.
Grease cake pan with butter and dust it with cocoa powder. Pour these mixture on it and bake in a preaheated oven at 180 degree centigrade for 30 to 40 minutes.

Chocolate Modak Using Cocoa Powder





Ingredients
condensed milk - 3/4 of the tin
milk - 1/2 cup
cocoa powder - 3 tbl.sp
cinnamon powder - 1/4 tsp
few cashewnuts and walnuts
few digestive biscuits

Method

coarsely powder digestive biscuits and cashewnuts and walnuts and keep aside.

In a pan, mix together condensed milk, milk, cinnamon powder and cocoa powder.Let it boil.

Remove from flame and mix biscuit crumbs to it. . Refrigerate this for half an hour.

Stuff this in the modak mould, remove and again set it in the refrigerator for 5 to 10 minutes.

(Keep on adding biscuit crumbs into the milk mixture till you feel you can roll it with your hands.)

Chocolate Fudge


Ingredients
Cocoa powder– ½ cup
Condensed milk – 1 cup
Butter – ½ cup
Vanilla essence – ½ tsp
Coarsely chopped dry nuts (almonds, pistachio, walnut, cashewnuts)

Method
Combine all the ingredients and cook on a double boiler till all the ingredients melt and become a smooth paste. Do not boil it.
Add vanilla essence and pour it in a baking tray and leave it to set for 2 to 3 hours.

Eggless Brownie

Ingredients
Refined flour – 170 gm
Butter – 130 gm
Brown sugar – 1 ¼ cup
Baking powder – 2 tsp
Cocoa powder – 3 tbl.sp
Vanilla essence – 1 tsp
Chopped walnut – ½ cup
Milk – ¼ cup
Oil for greasing

Method
Combine together refined flour, baking powder and cocoa powder in a bowl.
In another bowl, beat together butter, brown sugar, and vanilla essence.
Add the refined flour mixture to the wet mixture and mix well. Add milk if required.
Add chopped walnuts.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degree celcuis for 40 minutes.

Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
Refined flour – 250 gm
Unsalted butter – 250 gm
Powdered sugar – 250 gm
Baking powder – 2 tsp
Cocoa powder – 4 tbl.sp
Eggs – 3
Buttermilk –  ¾ cup
Vanilla essence – 1 tsp
Salt – a pinch

Method
Sieve together refined flour, baking powder, salt and cocoa powder and keep aside.
Mix butter and sugar and beat with a electric beater till smooth and fluffy.
Then add one egg at a time and then again whisk it with a blender. Add vanilla essence to it.
Now add little flour mixture and little buttermilk, whisk it with a blender and then again add little more flour mixture and butter milk, repeat this two to three times. Beat it till you get a smooth batter.
Pour this batter in a greased baking dish.
Preheat oven at 180 degree Celsius and bake this for 40 to 45 minutes.
