Prawns Tikka







Ingredients
Prawns
Garlic flakes - 4
Red chilli powder – 2 tsp
Coriander powder – 2 tsp
Cumin powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
Salt as per taste
Juice of half lemon
Food color – optional

Method
Marinate the prawns with all
the ingredients given and leave it aside for an hour.


You can either grill this or
shallow fry in oil till crispy. Serve hot with rice or roti.
