Chicken Mulgatani

Ingredients
Chicken – 1 kg
Turmeric – 1 tsp
Coriander seed – 1 tsp
Black pepper – 6
Cloves – 6
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Small cardamom – 6
Black cardamom – 4
Cinnamon – 1 inch
Onion – 125 gm
Garlic – 50 gm
Garlic – 6 cloves
Ghee or buteer – 250 gm
Lemon - 1
Salt as per taste


Method
Cut chicken into pieces as required. Half boil the pieces in salt water. Chop onions and fry in ghee till golden brown. Remove and keep it aside.  Powder all the ingredients given and fry in ghee and keep aside. When chickens are half boiled, add the masala, onion and salt and cook it on a low flame. When the gravy becomes thick, add lemon juice to it.
