Ingredients
Chicken – 1 kg
Egg – 1
Ghee or butter – 250 gm
Black pepper – 50 gm
Wheat flour – 125 gm
Bread crumbs
Salt as per taste
Method
Clean and wash chicken and refrigerate it for 24 hours. After that remove from fridge, cut into 12 to 15 pieces and marinate in flour made of wheat and water and keep it on one plate. Dip it in egg white, then roll on bread crumbs and deep fry it.
Then take a frying pan add water, salt, pepper and fried chicken and cook on a low flame, till the gravy thickens.
