Cream and Cheese Pasta (Indian Style)


Ingredients
Pasta – 100 gms boiled
Garlic flakes – 3 to 4
Onion – 1
Tomato puree – 3 tbl.sp or 3 tomatoes
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Garam masala -1/4  tsp
Capsicum – 1
Carrot - 1
Red chilli powder and salt as per taste
Pepper powder – 1 tsp
Cream – 2 tbl.sp
Cheese
Kasoori methi – 1 tsp

Method
Cook pasta by adding little salt and oil and keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan, add garlic flakes, fry for a minute and then add onions and cook till it becomes soft.
Then add tomato puree, coriander powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, capsicum, carrot  and salt. Mix well and cook for 2 more minutes.
Add pasta and mix well, you can add little water. Then add crea and pepper  and cook for a minute.
Rub kasoori methi between your palms and sprinkle on it.
Sprinkle little cheese on top and serve.
