Fried Yam

Ingredients
Yam – 250 gm cut into thin slices
Kokum – 2 to 3
Rice flour– ½ cup
Semolina – 2 tbl.sp
Red chilli powder -  1 tsp
Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
Ginger garlic paste – ½ tsp
Salt as per taste

Method
Boil yam for 5 minutes by adding kokum to it.
Mix rice flour, semolina, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste and salt without adding water.

Coat this yam with this mixture  and shallow fry in oil. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
