Pinwheel Bscuits

Ingredients
Unsalted butter – 3 tbl.sp
Powdered Sugar – ½ cup
Baking powder – ½ tsp
Refined flour/maida – 2 cup
Salt – ½ tsp
Vanilla essence – 1 tsp
Coco powder – 2 tsp
Little full cream milk

Method
Sieve refined flour, baking powder and salt.
Combine sugar and full cream milk and beat till sugar dissolves.
Combine all these ingredients except coco powder and knead it to a dough.
Divide the dough into two equal  parts, in one part add coco powder and knead it well.
Roll it like a chapatti. Place one on top of the other by rubbing little butter in between the two chapattis.
Start rolling it from one side in a circular motion.  Cover and keep aside for some time.
Cut it into thin round slices and bake it for 10 to 15 minutes.
