Turkey Chicken

Ingredients
Chicken – 1 kg boiled and pricked with a fork
Chicken stock – 1 cup
Walnuts – 500 gm
Milk – ¾ cup
Olive oil – 6 tbl.sp
Pepper powder – 1 tsp
Mustard – ½ tsp
Bread crumbs – ½ cup
Salt as per taste

Method          
In a bowl of water add bread crumbs, mix well and add this to the chicken stock.
Make a thick paste of walnuts and mix with olive oil and milk, salt,mustard and pepper powder.
Apply this on the whole chicken and leave it to marinate for few hours.
Skew it in a skewer and cook in a tandoor or grill it and serve hot.
