Kheer Manmohan


Ingredients
Milk – 1 litre
Besan flour – 200 ml
Orange colour – ¼ tsp
Baking soda – a pinch
Cardamom powder – ½ tsp
Chopped nuts

Method
Heat milk in a pan till it starts boiling. Add cardamom powder to it.
Heat ghee or butter in a pan, make a soft dough from besan flour by adding water, orange colour  and baking soda. With the help of sevai maker, take out sev and deep fry in ghee.
Remove on a tissue paper.  When cool, break into small pieces and put in milk and cook for few minutes.
Remove in a bowl and garnish with chopped nuts.
