Egg Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients
Egg – 3
Cheese – ½ cup
Salt and pepper as per taste

Method
In a bowl, whisk together egg, cheese, salt and pepper.
Take sandwich bread, spread this mixture on it and toast in either in a sandwich toaster or on a pan adding little butter on both sides.
Gently press it so that the egg is cooked and cheese is melted.
Serve hot.
